Customisations, Returns and Refunds

GARMENT CUSTOMISATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

FOR CUSTOMISATIONS:

  • We offer size and color customisations in our existing designs. Kindly mention the details under 'Note Section' at the time of checkout. You can email us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 for any customisations. 

FOR CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Cancellations for Standard Size can be made within the first 2 days of the order placed, after which we shall refund the amount to your bank account, details of which will need to be provided by the customer. There are no cancellations available on Custom Orders.
  • Returns and Refunds are ONLY applicable in case of standard sizing and design. Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.
    If the product is in its original condition i.e. -  Unused, and Unworn, the refund will be initiated and processed within 15 days of the return to the Bank account details provided by you for the same.
  • Returns and Refunds are NOT applicable in case of custom sizing and design. If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us.  We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.

    We aim for the perfect fit and shall co-operate in all ways possible to ensure your utmost satisfaction. 
  • Products on sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

ACCESSORY RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.
    If the product is in its original condition i.e. -  Unused, and Unworn, the refund will be initiated and processed within 15 days of the return to the Bank account details provided by you for the same.
  • Products on sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

SWIMWEAR RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are not provided for items purchased from the swim collection (Illume 2.0).
  • Exchange will only be possible for items within the swim collection (Illume 2.0) 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
